3. Personal Data the Operator May Process

1. Surname, given name, patronymic;
2. Email address;
3. Phone numbers;
4. The site also collects and processes anonymized visitor data (including cookies) via web analytics services (Yandex.Metrica, Google Analytics, etc.).
5. The above data are hereinafter collectively referred to as Personal Data.

4. Purposes of Personal Data Processing

1. The purpose of processing the User’s personal data is to inform the User by sending emails; to provide the User with access to services, information, and/or materials contained on the website.
2. The Operator also has the right to send the User notifications about new products and services, special offers, and events. The User may opt out at any time by sending an email to the Operator with the subject “Opt-out of notifications on new products and services and special offers.”

7. Cross-Border Transfer of Personal Data

1. Before commencing cross-border transfer of personal data, the Operator must ensure that the foreign state to which the data are to be transferred provides reliable protection of personal data rights.
2. Cross-border transfer of personal data to countries not meeting the above requirements may occur only if there is the data subject’s written consent to such transfer and/or performance of a contract to which the data subject is a party.
